I had the wonderful opportunity to photograph Cara from Albany Doula and Placenta Encapsulation It was beautiful cloudy day at Empire State Plaza in Albany NY. We had so much fun exploring and running around 🙂

I had my placenta encapsulated with my 4th baby, Mia, and the experience was great, and I think greatly improved my recovery from birth and energy levels (which is awesome because having 4 kids is very draining, LOL)
