A few months ago my sweet little baby Oliver went on a 10 day nursing strike.  It was awful and emotional and I felt so sad that maybe he would never do it again.  Persistence paid off on my part and I am forever grateful that I can cherish a few more months of the sweet quiet snuggles.  I am also so glad that I was able to have my own nursing pictures taken by my wonderful friend Jessica Washburn so I would have those moments treasured forever.

I was so excited when this wonderful mama contacted for family pictures and specifically for some nursing pictures.  I LOVE capturing that sweet bond between moms and their babies, and know from my own experience how important those images can be.

Little miss S was darling and may have been one of the happiest babies I have ever met; she was such a ray of sunshine in the dreary winter!  I had so much fun, and thank you for letting me share a little glimpse of your life!

*** There are nursing pictures below, nothing graphic, but just an FYI if that makes you uncomfortable :) ***

These next images are so sweet, the progression of a babies kiss!

Thank you again, it was wonderful meeting you and enjoy that sweet little baby girl :) :) :)

Love these–what a cutie! And what a wonderful way to document such a sweet and fleeting time–just beautiful!

Thank you so very, very much for capturing these beautiful memories of my time with Sara! It’s so precious and fleeting, as Jessica said, and I am glad you both inspired me by your examples.
